With industry forecasts citing a large wave of retirements in the near future (over one-third of the U.S. workforce projected to retire within five years) and an estimated need for about 86,000 new HVACR professionals over the next five years, Women in HVACR (WHVACR) is committed to helping close that gap by supporting qualified, deserving candidates.
